We had the pleasure of attending the inaugural BeInclusive Workshop, delivered by Stepping Stones NI as part of the Labour Market Partnership, funded by the Department for Communities.
It was an inspiring and educational day where we explored practical tools and techniques to help build more diverse and inclusive businesses. As organisers of The NI Wedding Fair, and through our close connection with both couples and suppliers, we saw this as a great opportunity to reflect on our own practices and learn how to improve the touchpoints that matter most.
We left the workshop with fresh ideas and clear areas for improvement, both personally and professionally, that we are committed to putting into action.
At The NI Wedding Directory, inclusivity and diversity are at the heart of what we do, whether online, in person, or through our magazine, regardless of background, identity, or circumstance.
The workshop was well-organised, thought-provoking, and left us motivated to make positive changes. We would highly recommend it to any venue or supplier eager to grow, improve, and better support their couples.
