Important vendor notice before applying

Payment
Fees are non-refundable once accepted.
Vehicle limit
Strictly 1 vehicle per stall unless otherwise agreed.
Insurance
Valid proof of insurance is required to participate.
Set-up
Stalls must be set up on time and cannot be moved or swapped.

  • Application does not guarantee a space; space is allocated by organisers.
  • Full fee is required upfront upon approval and is non-refundable (unless the event is cancelled/rescheduled).
  • Unpaid fees will result in the stall being reallocated.
  • Stalls cannot be shared across multiple businesses without prior approval; each business must apply separately.
