Hi lovely couples, my name is Jolene & I am the founder of Field & Folk. We are a Lawn Games Rental Company that specialises in Wedding Game Entertainment.
Do you know that period in between the ceremony, just around cocktail hour, when you go off to get your photos taken and your guests have that dwell period while they wait for dinner. Well, that’s when we step in to keep your party flowing.
Our games are the perfect party icebreaker guaranteed to have your guests mingling like they’re long-lost friends in no time. Whether it be a competitive game of Jenga, a jolly game of Croquet, or a nostalgic game of X’s O’s (to name a few) Our games will appeal to all generations of guests, both kids and adults alike.
A little about me…
3 years ago, I was in your position planning my own wedding and was researching wedding entertainment. I wanted a wedding with a relaxed atmosphere, with the focus being on connecting with loved ones and having fun. I was researching wedding games and struggled to find any games that matched the rustic aesthetic that we were envisaging. Most local options were made with plastic or were arcade style games. We wanted something more beautiful & meaningful. That’s when I had the light-bulb moment and thus Field & Folk was born.
Our games are uniquely handcrafted using high quality locally sourced wood. They are both functional and beautiful and designed with a great attention to detail and with the intention of looking amazing on your wedding day and in your photographs. So, you can create candid shots of you and your guests having fun in style.
What makes us also unique within the rental market is that we don’t simply drop off the game rentals. We offer a full all-inclusive service which includes delivery, set-up and even a dapper attendant to oversee the event during gaming hours – resetting games, offering play tips to guests. This feature was important to us as we want you to be able to fully relax and enjoy your wedding knowing we will take care of everything from start to finish.
