Hello! I’m Briege, a Humanist Wedding Celebrant based in Northern Ireland, and I absolutely love love, all things wedding-related and consider myself so incredibly lucky to do this job! 

I believe your wedding ceremony should be so much more than just the formal bit before the celebrations begin. After all, the ceremony sets the tone for the rest of the day, and it should be one of the highlights of your day – full of love, laughter, personality and definitely a bit of craic!

My job is to get to know you both, discover your story and create a ceremony that feels completely and utterly you. Whether you want something romantic and heartfelt, relaxed and informal, full of laughter, or a little bit of everything, we’ll make it happen.

There are no templates, no boring scripts and certainly no rules about how your ceremony should look or feel. Want to involve family, friends, children or your dog? Absolutely! Fancy a symbolic ritual, a surprise or an unconventional entrance? I’m all for it!

I’m a fully accredited Humanist Celebrant, authorised to conduct legally recognised Humanist wedding ceremonies in Northern Ireland. I work with couples from all backgrounds, creating inclusive, meaningful celebrations that reflect their personalities, values and love story.

Couples often describe me as warm, friendly, funny, calm and reassuring, with a natural ability to put them at ease. They say I take the time to really listen, capture what makes their relationship special and create ceremonies that feel personal, relaxed, fun and full of heart. Many couples also mention how organised and supportive I am throughout the process, helping everything feel easy and enjoyable from our first conversation to the moment they say, “I do.”

I only ever book one wedding per day, so you’ll have my full attention, plenty of support and lots of opportunities to chat as we create something really special together. I also have a strict limit on the number of ceremonies I book per year, so I am always available and have enough time for each couple.
