Some of my earliest childhood memories are of standing beside my mum whilst she baked delicious sponge cakes, fruit loaves and scones for the family to enjoy. Baking has been with me my whole life, however, it turned from hobby to business 16 years ago when I discovered a love for sugarcraft as well as baking.

I help couples to achieve the wedding cake of their dreams with bespoke, individual designs, with each cake being entirely personal to the couple.

Based in Coleraine, I happily travel throughout Ireland to help couples have their dream day. I consider it such an honour and a huge pleasure to be involved in a couple's special day.
